Sidamo:

The Sidamo region is a provincial state found in Southern Ethiopia bordering Kenya. It's natural high-altitude makes it an ideal coffee growing region. Ethiopian Sidamo coffee features a small greyish bean. It is valued for its deep, spice and wine or chocolate-like taste and floral aroma. Sidamo coffee is considered to be of the Arabica variety. The Sidamo coffee beans are handpicked and wet processed.

Harrar:

The Harrar region is a provincial state found in Eastern Ethiopia bordering Somalia. Ethiopian Harrar coffee is a long berry variety. Harrar coffee is farmed by small farmers / owners using long standing traditional chemical-free harvesting methods. It is allowed to sun dry naturally on rooftops. It provides a wild, fruity, complexly sweet taste which is considered to be a Mocha like. Harrar coffees are often sold under the Mocha or Moka moniker.

Yirgacheffe (Yrgacheffe):

The Yirgacheffe region is a smaller area within Sidamo which produces a distinctly flavoured coffee considered by many to be the world's best. Yirgacheffe coffees are for the most part still wild and non-cultivated. It's cup can be characterized as having a citrus floral quality with full body and an exotic earthy nature.
